YOUR JOB WITH US

• You will handle support requests related to our ERP system and support the specialist departments in their daily business.
• You analyze requirements, error patterns and process flows and find pragmatic solutions.
• You document changes, solutions and processes in a way that is comprehensible for users and colleagues.
• You conduct employee training and support users in using processes and functions safely.
• You work closely with internal departments and the development team to implement requirements cleanly.
• You create SQL queries, evaluations, and data analyses for various internal requirements.
• You implement adjustments in the ERP environment, working with XML and PL/SQL, among other things.

• You have experience in the ERP environment, ideally in the maintenance, support or further development of ERP systems.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even when dealing with several topics simultaneously.
• You can explain technical matters in an understandable way and enjoy conducting employee training.
• You are service-oriented, have strong communication skills and enjoy working with different departments.
• You think in a process-oriented way and have a good understanding of business relationships.
• You have good knowledge of SQL and can create and adapt queries independently.
