Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to Business Central/NAV users.
• Handle issues related to Finance, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Inventory, HR/ Payroll and Warehouse Module.
• Troubleshoot posting errors, transaction issues and user access problems.
• Support Production and Warehouse teams with day-to-day ERP issues.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with ERP developers/consultants for technical issues and customizations.
• Train end users and provide post-implementation support.
• Understand business processes and provide appropriate solutions to users.
• Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders, providing updates on software development progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ERP support or functional consulting.
• Working knowledge of AL Language and Business Central extensions/customizations.
