firstPRO is seeking an experienced ERP Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting complex ERP/MES issues, resolving customer challenges, and ensuring smooth system operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent customer service skills. This is a Direct hire, fully remote role opportunity to work with mission-critical systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced SQL skills required (queries, joins, data validation).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with ERP/MES platforms.
  • Experience with Windows Server environments.
  • Background in packaging or corrugated industry highly preferred; broader manufacturing experience acceptable.
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrations preferred.
  • Experience using support/ticketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 support for ERP and MES platforms, resolving complex application and system issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to SQL databases, Windows Server environments, and ERP integrations.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries (including joins, data validation, and reporting).
  • Collaborate with customers to identify issues, gather requirements, and deliver timely solutions.
  • Work with APIs for integrations (experience preferred).
  • Utilize support tools to manage tickets, track issues, and document resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in system support.
