ERP SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented ERP Support Specialist to provide technical support, training, and maintenance for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system throughout the Swegon North America organization. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between end-users, technical teams, and management to ensure smooth operation and optimal utilization of the ERP system. The incumbent will ensure there is alignment between our ERP system (Infor M3), manufacturing workflows, processes in North America, and alignment with Swegon Group IT for best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in ERP support or business systems administration.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
