JOB TITLE: ERP ADMINISTRATOR – SUPPORT AND ENHANCE OUR CORE ERP SYSTEM, HELPING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS WORK SMARTER AND MORE EFFICIENTLY

Pack-Smart Inc. is seeking an ERP Administrator to support and optimize our core Odoo ERP system, streamlining business operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate teams to enhance system performance, improve data integrity, and enable smarter decision-making. This is the role for you if you’re detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy turning complex systems into user-friendly tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or degree in IT, Manufacturing, or Business with IT focus, or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and ERP principles
• Proficient in Python and SQL
• Good grasp of IT fundamentals, including networks and system security
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Exposure to Git, Linux commands, or tools in Odoo

• Manage and maintain our Odoo ERP system – user access, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Identify and support the development of dashboards and custom reports
• Train and support users across departments on Odoo functionality
• Ensure data integrity, system backups, and security protocols
• Assist with minor customizations using basic Python scripting
• Document workflows, processes, and user guides
• Collaborate across teams to continuously improve ERP usage
