JOB SUMMARY:

The ERP System analyst is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to ensure they support core business operations effectively. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, liaising between stakeholders, and optimizing ERP systems to drive efficiency, scalability, and integration across departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ERP system implementation and administration.
• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, CRM, and Payroll.
• Project management experience with knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Skilled in workflow setup and report customization based on business and management needs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ERP certifications (e.g., ERP Next, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience in change management and driving user adoption.
• Familiarity with integration of third-party applications and use of APIs.

• Lead end-to-end ERP system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, specifically with platforms like Odoo and ERP Next.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Manage and support the ERP team, including coordination with external vendors or consultants.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor ERP performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Create and deliver user training programs and system documentation.
• Continuously assess ERP capabilities and recommend improvements for better operational performance and reporting.
