AS AN ERP SYSTEMS MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, ALTHOUGH NOT LIMITED TO:

• Work directly with the business to understand their ERP related challenges, and goals.
• Gather requirements, translating them into functional solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Develop customised Business Central configurations and extensions that meet client needs.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practice.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including data migration, system configuration, user training, and go live support.
• Provide hands on training and testing support to end users, ensuring they are confident and capable of using the Business Central to its fullest potential. Offer ongoing support to address any issues and optimise performance where possible.
• Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and IT support staff, to deliver seamless implementations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, configuration settings, and user guides, to support knowledge transfer and long-term system maintenance.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

• 3+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, solution design, and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Experience with data migration, system configuration, and end user training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
