Description We’re hiring an ERP Technical Specialist to maintain and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role includes hands-on SQL work, reporting development, workflow customization, user guidance, and assistance with system upgrades and cloud initiatives. Our service offerings include system analysis and design, applications engineering, custom fabrication of equipment packages, automation and controls, equipment repair, and thermal hard coatings. tencarva.com Position Overview The ERP Technical Specialist supports the stability, functionality, and ongoing improvement of Tencarva’s ERP platform (IFS) and related business applications. This role works closely with the Business Systems Manager, ERP Technical Lead, and cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure reliable system performance, accurate data, and effective user support. This is a hands-on ERP systems role — not a general IT helpdesk position.
