Job Description Working as a part of the team of professionals, you will take responsibility for providing support forthe Accounting & Finance Departments and resolve ERP-related issues yourself or with the help of an external partner. Responsibilities IT finance system support for the company’s internal users (Medius, JET reports, Business Central, Business Central Cloud, etc.) Incident and issue the first-level review Coordinate various installations, upgrades, etc. Participate in NAV/BC on-prem and BC SaaS related projects Daily support of Finance users (Business Central settings, processes, etc.) Problem analysis, timely incident resolution, and escalation to third-party suppliers Constant development and improvements of the finance ERP system infrastructure Manage and support future finance IT system-related projects Qualifications At least 3 years’ experience in finance IT system technical maintenance/support At least 3 years’ experience with NAV or BC support Fluent English and Latvian language skills High sense of responsibility & strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Possess a positive attitude & willingness to work in a dynamic environment Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate is advantageous Holding a NAV/BC certification is considered an advantage. Responsibilities
