Skills and Requirements● Previous experience working in a functional capacity on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP● Strong experience across core Financials modules – such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management● Good understanding of period close processes, intercompany, tax configuration and subledger accounting● Client facing skills and the ability to communicate with clients at all levels (both written and verbal)● Exceptional problem-solving and have strong analytical skills. Troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issues● Proven ability to work with pressure, related to resolution timeframes and conflicting/competing priorities that require multi-tasking● Desire to learn about new features and technology● Understanding of the ITIL framework relating to incidents, problems and the change management life cycle

It would be advantageous if you had any of the following (if not we can work on these):

● Functional knowledge of Procurement, Projects, Expenses and Lease Accounting● Experience with SQL and PL/SQL● Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher● Oracle Certifications to support your experience to date● Previously worked in a Managed Services environment● ITIL v4 Foundation certification
