Description

The ERP Coordinator will manage, support, and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) ERP system. The ERP Coordinator will serve as the key liaison between business users, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth ERP operations, successful integration, and alignment with business needs. The ERP Coordinator’s strong knowledge of Business Central, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient system solutions supporting the overall Vision and Mission of Sun Noodle. They must have the drive and passion for creating a positive workplace culture. In this role, you’ll play a key part in working cross functionally with internal departments such as Operations, Finance & Sales.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • · 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems, including at least 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (implementation, support, or administration).
  • · Strong understanding of ERP processes in finance, inventory, supply chain, and/or manufacturing.
  • · Experience configuring, customizing, and maintaining Business Central modules.
  • · Knowledge of ERP integrations with WMS, CRM, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is preferred.
  • · SQL knowledge for querying and data analysis is a strong plus.
  • · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • · Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, including end users, management, and vendors.
  • · Proven track record of leading ERP-related projects and delivering results on time.
  • · Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • · Experience working in Retail & Wholesale industry is preferred
  • · Excellent Microsoft Excel skills preferred

Responsibilities
  • · Act as the primary administrator and support resource for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP.
  • · Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for ERP users across departments.
  • · Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal IT and external vendors.
  • · Lead and support ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, module implementations, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • · Configure, customize, and maintain Business Central to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
  • · Train end-users on ERP processes, updates, and best practices to improve adoption and effectiveness.
  • · Develop and maintain ERP-related documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
  • · Assist with report creation and data analysis to support business decision-making.
  • · Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
  • · Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP system.
  • · Collaborate with IT and business leadership to align ERP functionality with organizational goals.
  • · Stay up to date on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central updates, new features, and industry best practices.
