Job Responsibilities

The ERT Officer plays a role in ensuring the safety and health of employees while minimizing risks in the work environment, with responsibilities as follows:

  • Developing and implementing an effective emergency response plan to address various emergency scenarios.
  • Leading and training the Emergency Response Team to ensure their readiness and capability in responding to incidents.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of emergency response equipment and ensuring that all equipment is in a ready-to-use condition.
  • Conducting routine monitoring and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Investigating incidents, analyzing root causes, and proposing corrective actions to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between management and the relevant safety authorities.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Diploma (D3) or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of work experience as an ERT Officer.
  • Preference is given to those who already hold Basarnas Intermediate, First Aid Response 3, and Fire Fighting Class D certificates.
  • Familiar with the overall managerial activities related to the emergency response process.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and has experience handling emergency situations.
  • Willing to be assigned to our jobsite in North Kalimantan under a roster system.
