Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze field service requirements. Design and configure OFS workflows, routing rules, and optimization. Develop integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and web services. Customize and extend OFS functionalities to meet the business needs. Conduct system testing, including functional, integration, and UAT. Create technical and functional documentation, including user guides. Conduct training sessions for endusers and client teams. Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, FitGap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for seamless integration and delivery. Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience in Field Service applications. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Field Service functionalities. Experience in Implementation and Support projects. Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), RESTSOAP APIs, and web services. Experience with Oracle Cloud architecture, SQL, and PLSQL. Analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and leadership skills for client interaction and team management.
