Job Title: Senior Oracle Cloud HCM – Techno functional Consultant Experience: 15+ Years Location: Mount Airy, NC, USA Time Zone: EST Responsibilities: Serve as a techno functional expert in Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management. Lead clients through the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and support. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities. Conduct functional design workshops and provide guidance on best practices. Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring alignment with client needs. Identify gaps in standard functionality and work with technical teams to design and implement extensions. Prepare and maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and application setups. Develop and execute test plans, validation strategies, and support quarterly updates. Coordinate with DBA and technical teams for integrations, data conversions, and reporting requirements. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience in HCM applications, with strong techno functional exposure. Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management. Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Involved in at least three Oracle Cloud HCM implementation/support projects. Strong understanding of both functional processes and technical components (e.g., integrations, reports). Ability to manage all phases of the project lifecycle. Must be available to work onsite at the client location. Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification preferred
