Should have worked as Functional Lead in in any of the track like Financials Cloud/Procurement Cloud/PPM loud/OM Cloud/HCM Cloud Must have at least two implementation and support project experience Should have worked as Functional Consultant in HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Talent, Compensation and Benefits Should have 4-6 years of relevant project experience Prepare functional requirements for implementations, Enhancement. Should have some knowledge on technical side as well Should be able to communicate clearly with clients/ Functional lead and provide solution Should be able to trouble shoot issues along with technical teams As needed, Oracle TAR documentation and information Requirements Support System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test, track all issues until closure Should be familiar with Oracle AIM templates and methodology Good understanding of the Oracle SaaS Cloud business process Self-driven, ability to work independently and drive actions to conclusion and help team to trouble shoot in case of any issues Clear communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders and team members

Responsibilities

Lead the functional implementation and support of Oracle Cloud modules, specifically focusing on HCM and other financial or procurement tracks. Responsible for preparing functional requirements, troubleshooting issues with technical teams, and managing SIT and UAT processes.
