Core Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in Python. • Hands-on experience with FastAPI (or similar Python frameworks). • Experience building React applications. • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling. • Practical experience with prompt engineering and LLM behavior tuning. Generative AI Knowledge • Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models). • Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search. • Familiarity with AI Agents, tools, memory, and multi-step reasoning flows. • Awareness of hallucination mitigation, prompt safety, and guardrails. Development Practices • Experience using Cursor or similar modern AI-assisted coding tools. • Comfortable working in Git-based workflows. • Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code. • Understanding of production readiness (logging, monitoring, error handling).
