Description

Design scalable, robust Workday solutions that support the organization's HR and financial processes. Lead the implementation of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Financial Management, and Reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into functional specifications. Develop and maintain Workday integrations with other systems using Workday Cloud Connect, EIB, Studio, and other integration tools. Perform system configurations, data migrations, and testing to ensure smooth deployment of Workday solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Stay up-to-date with Workday updates, features, and best practices to recommend enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday functionality, performance, and integrations. Conduct training sessions for users to maximize Workday utilization. Document processes, configurations, and system changes for internal references
