Description
 Good Experience of business process and strong background in Workday HRMS modules like Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time & Absence.  Created Supervisory Organization, Custom organization, Disposition, Cost Centers, Location, and its hierarchies.  Hands on experience in Business Process and notifications in core HR: Employment Agreement/Offer, Onboarding, Hire, Job Change, Termination, Create Positions and Requisitions.  Good Knowledge in SDLC and worked in all Phases (Requirement gathering and analysis, Design, Implementation/Configuration, Deployment and Maintenance)  Migrated Documents, Text blocks, configurations, Condition rules, reports and calculated fields using OX Transporter and Solution.  Experience in system upgrades/releases to determine overall business impact, conduct regression testing and make recommendations for future enhancements/functionality.  Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, Strong data analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  Actively participate in Workday Community by researching, leveraging those answers, and applying it for the issue resolution.  Work with stakeholders to understand the requirements and participated in troubleshooting then resolving it.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday HRMS modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Time & Absence. Manage the full SDLC process from requirement gathering to deployment and system upgrades.
