AR #635281 – Payroll Operations Specialist (Payroll) Summary: Manage day-to-day payroll operations for US/Canada clients using Workday Payroll in an outsourced/offshore delivery model. Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, along with strong controls and effective stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: • Support end-to-end payroll cycles in Workday for North America clients, including validations, approvals, payroll runs, and off-cycle/retro processing • Perform reconciliations (gross-to-net, payroll-to-GL, bank, tax, and benefits) and resolve discrepancies • Maintain payroll data including EIB loads, earnings/deductions, tax elections, garnishments, and one-time payments • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations (time systems, benefits, GL, banking) in coordination with vendors and internal teams • Manage payroll-related queries through ticketing systems and ensure SLA adherence

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day payroll operations for US and Canada clients using Workday in an offshore delivery model. This includes executing end-to-end payroll cycles, performing financial reconciliations, and resolving integration issues.
