* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements & prepare artifacts like FRD, BRD, User Manuals, etc. * Proficiency in creating Business Process Mapping, process flows, wireframes, and user stories. * Design scalable and efficient MSD ERP solutions that align with business goals. * Knowledge of ERP Business central is must.
