The Oracle EBS Incentive Compensation Functional Consultant is responsible for providing functional expertise, configuration support, and end‑to‑end solution delivery for the Oracle E‑Business Suite Incentive Compensation (IC) module within an ESaaS (Enterprise SaaS) environment. The role includes supporting compensation plan design, transaction crediting, earnings calculation, payout processing, and collaboration with business teams such as Sales Operations, Finance, and HR.
