Senior Salesforce Developer - Roles, Responsibilities & KPIs Role Details Role: Senior Salesforce Developer Experience Required: Minimum 6+ years Key Skills: Salesforce Admin, Apex, LWC, Integrations, Mulesoft Roles and Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Customization - Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. - Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules. - Develop Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs. Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Build and maintain reusable, responsive components. - Integrate LWC with Apex and external APIs. Integration & Middleware - Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Implement and maintain Mulesoft APIs for seamless connectivity. Salesforce Administration - Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings. - Perform data migrations and system health checks. Individual Contribution & Ownership - Independently handle tasks from requirement gathering to deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies. Documentation & Best Practices - Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) KPI Target / Measurement Code Quality 90% positive feedback in quarterly reviews
