The Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and translating healthcare-specific business requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications within the Salesforce Health Cloud environment. This role requires hands-on experience with Health Cloud, deep understanding of healthcare processes, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, value-driven solution delivery.
