Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with strong expertise in Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, leading development teams, and driving best practices across implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements Design scalable and high-performance solutions using Apex, LWC, and Lightning Framework Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Optimize system performance and ensure platform governance Participate in architecture discussions and solution design reviews Handle deployments using CI/CD tools and manage release cycles Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions Required Skills & Qualifications 7–10 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
