We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce FSL Lead to drive the solution design, development, and evolution of Field Service Lightning capabilities on our ESaaS Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has deep experience in FSL architecture, mobile workflows, optimization, complex scheduling, and integrations, and can guide both functional and technical teams toward scalable, compliant, multi‑org enterprise solutions. This role partners closely with architects, developers, product owners, and operations teams to ensure FSL is robust, efficient, extensible, and aligned with ESaaS platform standards.
