Description

Salesforce Techno‑Functional Consultant Role Summary: Responsible for preparing Salesforce as a source for Customer MDM through detailed analysis, integration development, and testing support. Key Responsibilities: Analyze Salesforce objects, fields, metadata, and validate Customer360 mappings. Provide data dictionaries, extracts, attribute definitions, and S2T mapping validation. Develop & validate endpoint/API readiness, OAuth connectivity, and integration setup. Identify downstream Salesforce/ETL impacts from Customer MDM changes. Support Salesforce data updates, cleanup tasks, and configuration changes. Develop & validate search‑before‑create/Import functionality.
