Job Title Escalation & Quality Control Lead Job Description Authorisation/Sign-Off Levels: Quantitative Information: • Drive process efficiencies while maintaining strong compliance and risk standards. • Optimise resources and manage operational volumes within risk appetite. • Oversee end to end alert monitoring and transaction reporting with robust operational controls. • Deliver effective management reporting to support decision making. • Embed continuous improvement initiatives in a way that are adopted and sustained. • Enhance customer service and customer (internal/external) satisfaction. • Demonstrate strong risk culture through adherence to Rabobank policies, procedures, and values. • Effective management reporting. Policy and Decision-Making Freedom: • In-line with operational procedures and work instructions and grade. Key Relationships: Internal • FEC Operations teams • Financial Crime Compliance (Line 2) • Operational Risk • Internal Audit • Senior Management External • Vendors and service providers (as relevant to governance activities) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • All sanctions related alerts within one (1) business day. • AML/ CTF alerts within three (3) business days for onboarding, and 10 business days for ongoing. • All transaction reporting within 10 business days. • All sanctions exposure assessments within five (5) business days. Responsibilities
