Responsibilities To assist passengers in using the escalators and to promote escalator safety Deliver safety message to passengers and instruct / assist them to use the escalator in a safe manner Detect and prevent any at-risk behavior and provide recommendations to improve escalator safety Complete survey and answer queries relating to escalator safety activities To deliver good customer services including answering passengers’ enquiries Assist the station staff in crowd control when incidents occur Any other duties as directed by your supervisor e.g. promotional activities Required to wearing uniform Requirements Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE or equivalent with minimum 1 year’s customer services related experience Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua Proactive and customer-oriented mindset Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered Remarks Hourly rate is $75 and free travel on MTR network will be provided during employment Required to attend a mandatory 1-day training course on 9 July 2026 (details will be announced in due course) Employment period from 13 July 2026 to 23 August 2026 Required to work for 3 hours per day (exclusive of meal break) and 5 days per week (including Saturday or Sunday) Working in various stations in order to suit operational needs Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department (Railway Operations), MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
