Description

CLUEDINI are looking for Game Hosts to join our fun and exciting business.

  • You must be confident, 18+, friendly, outgoing, flexible and have a real focus on providing a great customer experience.
  • The ideal applicant will be able and willing to work across both our Darlington and Yarm branches.
  • Shifts will predominantly take place at weekends, and as such candidates who cannot regularly commit to working Saturdays and Sundays need not apply.

Weekday hours (particularly on evenings or during school holidays) will be available too. Shifts may be irregular and could include short shifts - as such, we are ideally seeking flexible employees to join the team.
Full training will be provided and roles may lead to additional hours or managerial opportunities.

Principal duties:

  • Welcoming and briefing teams prior to the game.
  • Game management and support.
  • Health and safety enforcement.
  • Post game de-brief.
  • Ensuring efficient and accurate reset of escape game rooms.
  • Data entry and record keeping.
  • Taking phone calls including telephone bookings/payments.
  • Taking cash and card payments on arrival.
  • Light cleaning duties to ensure cleanliness in all areas.

Additional duties:

  • Assisting with social media channels - making Facebook posts, Instagram stories, TiKTok videos etc.
  • Prop maintenance and creation.
  • Helping to develop and test puzzles.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Understanding of Escape Rooms.
  • Experience of working in a customer focused role and an understanding of, and commitment to, excellent customer service.
