YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a person with the energy and excitement to help customers immerse into their missions. You will be a key element in guiding customers in a fun and professional manner when needed for each mission. Overseeing player briefings and game sessions. Your priority is ensuring player safety, and hygiene and delivering high-end customer experiences.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer greeting, check-in and briefing
• Managing in-game sessions and providing hints or clues when appropriate
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and recording technical issues
• Party Hosting for children’s parties and corporate attendances
• Maintenance and cleanliness of Virtual Reality equipment, rooms, the general premises and venue facilities
• General admin including assisting and posting to Social Media accounts
• Opening and closing the venue
