REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical skills for conducting credit analysis and ensuring accuracy in loan processing.
  • Proficiency in basic math and ability to perform calculations accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and review of escrow documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FNMA guidelines and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Support loan officers by coordinating loan origination processes and managing communication between all parties involved.
  • Conduct credit analysis and assist with loan processing to facilitate timely closings.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions, contracts, and agreements while adhering to TILA requirements.
  • Utilize basic math skills for calculations related to escrow accounts, including 10 key typing for data entry tasks.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to ensure all necessary documentation is submitted for approval.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the escrow process.
  • Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and mortgage servicing practices to ensure compliance.
