We are looking for experienced Escrow Assistants to join our team in Santa Clara County, California. Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about the escrow process? Duties:
- Supporting escrow officers in managing real estate transactions, including but not limited to opening orders, reviewing purchase and sale agreements, communicating with Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Lenders, and all other parties throughout the transaction, preparing Buyer and Seller settlement statements, preparing funding requests/doc returns for Lenders, and preparing documents for recording.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous escrow experience required. Experience with SoftPro Select and SmartView is a plus!
Additional Information:
Pay range is $30/hr. based on experience
