Overview Ticor Title is hiring a full time Escrow Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator for our Astoria branch. Prior escrow experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist clients, agents, and visitors. • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. • Provide administrative and clerical support to escrow officer and assistant. • Open new escrow files and assist with document preparation. • Schedule signings and help manage file organization. • Maintain confidentiality and a professional front office environment. Qualifications: • Positive, customer focused attitude. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and learn new systems. • Proficiency with basic office technology and Microsoft Office. • Typing speed of 45+ words per minute with a high degree of accuracy. • Escrow Experience a plus General Office experience required. Education High School Diploma. Experience Previous escrow experience a plus. Office experience is REQUIRED.
