Provides escrow services for residential resale, refinance, and investor transactions. Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions
  • General understanding and knowledge of purchase and sale agreements and commitments
  • Ability to communicate requirements and other information to clients including title exceptions and closing requirements
  • Prepare closing documents
  • Ability to comply with ALTA Best Practices and company policies and procedures, including wire fraud training
  • Perform post-closing functions, including timely recording of transaction documents, following up to confirm receipt of same and distributing closing documents to clients
  • Provide support to other members of the escrow team needs as needed.
