Job Description:

As an Escrow Officer at Old Republic Title, you’ll play a key role in making real estate transactions smooth and successful. You’ll manage closings from start to finish, making sure every detail is correct and every party is informed.

  • Must have 2 or more years of escrow experience.
  • This role is based at our Goodyear, AZ branch — regular in-office attendance is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth closings.
  • Prepare escrow instructions, closing documents, and handle fund disbursements.
  • Verify all requirements for issuing title insurance are met.
  • Review and clear title requirements, working with underwriters to resolve any issues.
  • Prepare accurate settlement statements that meet state and federal regulations.
  • Work with management, sales, and marketing teams to retain clients and bring in new business.
  • Mentor and train escrow assistants to help them grow.
  • Represent the company at industry events and continue your own professional development.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of escrow experience.
  • Strong knowledge of title insurance and escrow processes.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions under tight deadlines.
  • Great communication skills and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with escrow and title software.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
