Transaction Management: Structure, negotiate, and execute complex escrow and paying agent agreements, collaborating with internal legal counsel to minimize risk and ensure compliance. Client Collaboration: Partner with Escrow Business Development and Private Bankers to onboard clients, gather necessary documentation, and coordinate seamless deal closings. Cross-Functional Partnership: Engage with internal specialists (foreign exchange, equity) to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs. Operational Oversight: Oversee account openings, fundings, and closings, ensuring accuracy and resolving any deficiencies. Risk Management: Monitor account activity, manage "tickler" items, and oversee claim submissions, adhering to contractual and legal obligations. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions. Sales Support: Participate in sales calls and client presentations to promote Escrow Agent services. 10 years of experience in escrow agent transactions or settlement funds. Deep understanding of escrow and paying agent transactions and contract negotiation. Solid understanding of escrow and paying agent end to end lifecycle management with solid product expertise. Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exceptional project management, analytical, and negotiating skills. Excellent interpersonal, client relationship management, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or other advanced degree is a plus. Ability to travel domestically as required.
