TEACHER NEEDED! (WITH ESE EXPERIENCE)

MOT Academy is a private school focused on inclusive education. We are seeking an ESE teacher or experienced teacher with a passion for supporting students with special needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of ESE teaching experience.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Some understanding of IEPs and accommodations.

• Create and Modify curriculum to meet student needs.
• Collaborate with staff and families to create an inclusive environment.
• Track and assess student progress.
