Description Responsible for effectively monitoring, maintaining, and supporting all aspects of Retail Online Banking, Debit Cards and ATMs. Effectively provide support for eServices Analyst I in a backup capacity. Also provides support for basic Business Online setups as needed. Provide phone support to customers as well as to Banking Center Sales Staff and Treasury Management Staff as needed. Performs research to resolve issues, educates customers and promotes JCBank’s products and services. Composes and updates documentation and training material for business customers and JCBank employees. Requirements SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND/OR ABILITIES · Detail-oriented individual · Excellent interpersonal skills · Excellent organizational skills · Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently · High level of professionalism and customer service experience · Deep knowledge of Bank’s products, services, and processes · Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures in regard to deposit operations, electronic banking, and business services · Problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues · Analytical thinker · Multitasks effectively, prioritizes work, and adapts to changing needs · Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · While this individual will have no direct reports the individual must possess the ability to coach, guide, mentor, and educate both internal and external customers. · Practices empowered decision-making skills through cognitive thinking and actively listening to the needs of customers both internal and external.
