【工作內容】 1.配合公司政策推動供應鏈永續管理行動：撰寫ESG報告書、TCNFD報告書，供應鏈相關內容2.規劃及推動供應商永續管理目標與行動方案，包括： (1) 設計供應商 ESG 自評估問卷 (2) 進行供應商ESG盡職調查、永續風險評鑑及能資源調查 (3) 舉辦供應商議合、大型永續論壇...等活動 (4) 供應鍊永續績效揭露與永續獎項參報 (5) 提供供應商永續議題教育訓練與諮詢 (6) 向客戶說明永續供應鏈管理行動3.供應鏈永續管理相關議題及趨勢研究，研究國際趨勢與因應、國際永續標準、永續投資與社會影響力評估、國際永續企業標竿與推動策略、企業永續實務案例4.其他相關交辦事項【需求條件】學歷要求：大學、碩士科系要求：不限相關經驗：2年以上語言能力：英文中級管理責任：No輪班需求：No出差需求：無外派需求：No我們期望您具備以下技能和經驗： 1. 對投入企業永續發展與供應商永續管理工作有興趣2. 能力需求： (1) 能快速學習，持續學習新知與發展解決方案的企圖 (2) 具資料收集及彙整能力，理解能力佳、表達能力佳 (3) 擅長溝通協調，具耐心、細心與抗壓性3. 相關經驗/ 認證： (1) 具備永續發展策略規劃與執行經驗尤佳 (2) 具有供應鏈/供應商管理或產業界採購管理經驗尤佳 (3) 曾擔任EHS、QCDS、供應商ESG內外部稽核/審查人員尤佳 (4) 熟悉循環經濟、碳足跡、物流與倉儲、生產製造等相關背景知識或實作經驗者尤佳 (5) 熟悉 ISO 20400、PAS 7000、RBA、OECD Due Diligence Guidance、ISO 14067、PAS 2050、BS 8001等框架與規定者尤佳 #LI-LH1
