ESG ANALYST

Permian is a leading fund administration firm dedicated to providing comprehensive services to private equity investing firms and fund managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, data analysis, or related roles.
• Familiarity with ESG regulations and reporting standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally but not a must in ESG reporting tools or platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the ESG space.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Permian is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ESG Analyst to join our growing ESG team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to ESG services, supporting data management, reporting, and operational processes while learning from teamwork with senior ESG experts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in ESG data collection, validation, and reporting for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory frameworks (SFDR, CSRD, EU Taxonomy).
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ESG reporting tools and software systems.
• Collaborate with senior ESG specialists on ESG service delivery, including product development, client presentations, and data analysis.
• Conduct research on ESG trends, regulatory updates, and best practices to keep Permian’s services current.
• Develop and maintain ESG-related documentation, including reporting templates, KPIs, and client materials.
