We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting professional who is passionate about entrepreneurship and engaged with our mission, to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. On a day-to-day basis you will manage Endeavor Entrepreneur accounts, leveraging our Network and support programs to service the Endeavor Entrepreneurs in our Portfolio. You will also be responsible for researching and compiling data to build out a pipeline of potential candidates for Endeavor Nigeria, coordinating our selection process and profiling candidate businesses.You should be intellectually curious, flexible, eager to learn and receptive to feedback. REQUIREMENTS

• Up to 5 years’ of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting, investment banking or a client-services role in a structured environment.
• Relevant background and/or demonstrable interest in entrepreneurship, business, strategy, economics, finance, and/or international development.
• Superior interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with MS Office. Familiarity with Salesforce and Slack is an advantage.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
