ESG Associate Squad Manager This position will work as a part of the Customer Experience team and will be accountable for creating value for our customers and supporting team planning and management. This role offers an opportunity to directly own client relationships that drive revenue while growing your career in the ESG space. Key Responsibilities ● Manage implementation for new ESG customers alongside Solutions Architects and other team members ● Coordinate and deliver on key ESG strategy consulting deliverables such as Corporate Sustainability Reports (CSR), ESG-related policies, Materiality Assessments ● Monitor, provide guidance and training for high-level project timelines/tasks for Consultants within the team ● Support, Supervise Consultants and other team members on account planning and client communications Employment Type: ● Full-time, exempt (salaried) position ● This position can be 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid, depending on the applicant’s preference. ● Travel is required for quarterly meetings in Chicago and as needed (client request) ● This position is not eligible for H1B or other work visa sponsorships Goby Benefits ● Medical, dental and vision insurance ● Paid time off ● Holiday Pay ● 401(k) retirement plan and matching   Qualifications Education & Experience: ● Bachelors degree in related field (Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability) required, higher degree preferred ● Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including managing projects and having indirect or direct reports ● Minimum 3 years of consulting and ESG experience ● Expert in project management and how to reduce risk along critical path ● Knowledge of and familiarity with at least two of the following: GRESB, ENERGY STAR, CDP, GRI, DJSI, SASB, and TCFD Frameworks ● Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, particularly Excel ● Familiarity with GHG Inventories, carbon accounting and reduction concepts, and building performance indicators(preferred, but not required) ● Experience using Salesforce (preferred, but not required)
