We are seeking an ESG Business Development Consultant to support and grow our ESG & Sustainability services, with Synesgy as the core digital platform. The ESG Business Development Consultant will play an active role in: promoting ESG and sustainability solutions, supporting clients on ESG-related needs, linking ESG data with financing, credit risk and supply chain requirements. This is a consultative-commercial role, not transactional sales. Key Responsibilities: Promote ICAP CRIF’s ESG & Sustainability services, with a strong focus on the Synesgy platform. Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients (SMEs, large corporates, banks). Understand and address client needs related to ESG reporting, supplier ESG assessment, ESG scoring and risk. Support clients in onboarding and using the Synesgy platform. Identify new business opportunities and target markets. Participate in client meetings, presentations and ESG-related workshops. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk, Ratings). Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, or B2B Sales Solid interest and understanding of ESG and sustainability topics Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way (no jargon-for-the-sake-of-jargon). Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent command of Greek and English.
