About the Role: We are looking for a thoughtful and innovative ESG & CSR Bias Mitigation Specialist Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that Vosyn’s AI algorithms and datasets are free from bias and uphold principles of fairness and inclusivity. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential biases, driving the development of ethical and equitable AI systems. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bias Identification: Analyze Vosyn’s AI algorithms and datasets to identify potential sources of bias and inequity.
• Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified biases, ensuring fairness in AI outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate bias mitigation techniques into AI development workflows.
• Tool Development: Contribute to the creation or improvement of tools and methodologies for bias detection and correction.
• Testing and Validation: Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of bias mitigation techniques, refining approaches as needed.
• Training and Awareness: Provide training and resources to internal teams to enhance awareness of bias in AI systems and promote best practices.
• Research and Trends: Stay updated on the latest research, tools, and regulatory developments in bias mitigation and ethical AI.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of bias mitigation processes and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.
