The RoleWe are supporting a global banking client on a major nCino implementation, a cloud-based banking platform built on Salesforce.

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the project and support the analysis, transformation and reporting of complex datasets. This is an opportunity to join an active project where you will be expected to quickly understand the existing data environment and contribute independently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and interpret complex datasets to support the nCino implementation.
• Extract, transform and validate data using SQL.
• Analyse existing data structures and identify data quality issues or inconsistencies.
• Support data reporting and provide meaningful insights to project stakeholders.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand data and reporting requirements.
• Support the development and improvement of reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear data analysis and reporting outputs.
• Quickly understand existing processes, systems and data structures within the project.
• Work independently while collaborating with wider project and delivery teams.
• Contribute to data-related activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience as a Data Analyst, ideally at mid-to-senior level.
• Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI/visualisation tools.
• Experience working with complex datasets and data structures.
• Experience producing data analysis and reporting outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and technologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Desirable SkillsExperience with nCino or other cloud-based banking platforms.
• Experience within financial services or banking environments.
• Experience supporting data transformation or implementation projects.
• Previous consulting experience or experience joining complex projects mid-delivery.
