We’re looking for the next data enthusiast who has an eye for detail and passion for data and problem solving to join our Sustainability Data Management team! At Conservice, we have a proud history of promoting internally. This position is designed for individuals who are looking to get their foot in the door in the data analysis and ESG field. Overview: The Data Specialist will be responsible for the collection and maintenance of ESG Data including data loading, data validation and routine data analysis. This position will leverage streamlined processes, structured problem-solving techniques, and data management principles to drive customer value. The Data Specialist will work closely with Data Analysts and Solutions Architects to ensure all customer needs are met. Key Responsibilities * Work closely with Data Analysts and Solutions Architects to resolve data related issues * Complete regularly scheduled data QA/QC reviews * Track and process utility data authorization forms and standard data reach outs * Assist with other various data reviews connected to customer KPI deliverables * Work with Goby's internal leaders and teams to continuously improve company products and offerings to drive growth   Skills * Problem-Solving: Leverage strategic thinking and focus on root causes to constructively solve problems * Effective Communication: Ability to communicate comprehensively and cohesively in written and verbal form * Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with management and team members   Qualifications * Education: Associate degree in a related field or some college experience preferred * Experience: 1 year of professional experience in a project environment serving customers and/or internal stakeholders  * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working across functions and seniority levels * Technical Skills: * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats * Moderate knowledge and experience working with  * Data retrieval and storage systems * Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, cloud platforms, and/or various integrations (e.g., Sheets, Salesforce, AWS)   Preferred Qualifications * Experience with SQL and/or Python & technology platforms such as ERPs, CRMs, or related niche technologies * Understanding of SaaS business models * An interest/experience in sustainability and ESG initiatives   Location: This position can be 100% remote, in office or hybrid, depending on the applicant’s preference.
