Monitor and assess climate-related risks and opportunities, providing insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and industry associations, to stay abreast of evolving ESG trends and reporting requirements.
Lead the creation of transparent and accurate ESG disclosures and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.
Drive employee engagement initiatives related to sustainability and climate awareness, fostering a culture of responsibility and action.
Represent the organisation in relevant industry forums, conferences, and events, enhancing our thought leadership in the ESG and climate space.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies within the financial services or related industry.
Strong understanding of climate-related risks and opportunities, as well as experience in climate risk assessment.
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ESG initiatives into tangible business value.
Leadership experience in driving change and fostering a culture of sustainability.
