Title: ESG Officer
Type: Permanent, Full time

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Location: This role is 100% based at our new HQ in Snodland, Kent (not remote working)

We’re looking for an ESG Officer to join our team to develop and oversee environmental, social and corporate governance policies and procedures.
This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast-growth of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Arranging internal factory audits for our new and existing supplier portfolio, managing compliance around ISO standards.
· Develop and execute the company’s sustainability and ESG strategy.
· Monitor and report on environmental sustainability performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
· Taking ownership of reporting data to compliance schemes and identify any gaps to improve our WEEE, waste/packaging and plastic management.
· Conduct thorough analysis and review of ESG data to identify emerging trends and potential risks.
You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:
· Experience working in the ESG or sustainability field.
· Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for data processing.
· Ability to learn and grasp the changing nature of legislation in the ESG space.
· Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal format.
