Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an ESG Product Specialist. In this role you will Support programme sponsor and key executives in driving the strategic programme and delivering a full ESG Sustainable Investing proposition Drive the delivery and achievement of the ESG/SI business cases across the globe in WPS with a focus on client segments in Asia. This includes the implementation of business plans and roadmaps of a number of key pillars as part of the ESG strategy, and contribute to country discussions with Asia WPS team to deliver globally consistent and locally relevant best-in-class ESG proposition Represent WPS in internal forums and external/client ESG activities Manage ESG/SI delivery over time, which needs to be compelling and competitive when benchmarked externally while avoiding perceptions of greenwashing and addressing evolving clients’ expectations Facilitate the localisation of global content and meets the expectation of customers and front line Ensure implementation of new ESG risks and regulation into our existing processes To be successful you will need University or Master qualification in a relevant business discipline e.g. sustainability/sustainable finance, business administration, marketing, economics Experienced with previous experience managing project, product or business Profit and Loss Passionate about ESG topic. Having prior ESG experience will be preferred but is not mandatory Previous experience in wealth management, private banking, proposition development, strategy consulting and/or analytics with exposure to strategy development, proposition formation, product development, commercial management across specific traditional and/or digital financial product categories and customer segments.
