Job Description
The ESG Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in advancing our organization’s ESG initiatives through data-driven reporting and analysis. You will be responsible for supporting Group, Business Units, and other reporting entities with specific ESG reporting workstreams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Syngenta Group and affiliates with their yearly ESG reports, data and narrative
  • Lead the coordination and submission of ESG ratings
  • Support the publication of mandatory thematic reports (e.g. Modern Slavery Act)
  • Support country specific reports where legally required and ensure alignment with Group data/narrative
  • Monitor changes in ESG reporting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements
  • Support the implementation and continued refinement of the ESG operating model
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in ESG reporting
  • Collaborate with internal communication efforts to promote understanding of ESG reporting
  • Support both climate and social teams with CSDDD
  • Support Treasury and Investor Relations with capital markets enquiries on ESG
